To qualify for enrollment in our training programs, applicants must:

  • Provide valid evidence of meeting the educational requirements, such as:
    • A copy of a high school diploma.
    • A copy of a high school transcript indicating the graduation date.
    • A copy of the GED certificate.
    • If the student has been home-schooled, they must provide a recognized equivalent of a high school diploma, such as a home-schooled certificate issued by the state where the student resided during their homeschooling. Additionally, the student must have completed their homeschooling at the secondary level as defined by the state’s applicable laws.
  • Be a minimum of 17 years old at the time of filling out the application and 18 years old prior to the start of clinical.
  • Have an initial interview with an Admissions Representative. It is recommended for the student, their spouse, or parent to be present during this meeting.
  • Present a current and valid driver’s license, state identification card with a photograph, or a valid passport as proof of identification.
  • Submit documents specific to the program requirement.
  • Possess a verifiable Social Security Number on record.
  • Be able to provide documentation of eligibility to work in the United States.
